According to experts – well, OK, according to me– dinosaurs were not actually wiped out by a meteor strike 65 million years ago. 

Instead, they discovered space travel and left Earth to settle in the Jurassic Quadrant of the galaxy. An elite team of herbivores, known as Astrosaurs, patrol the galaxy to prevent hungry carnivores from attacking the vegetarians. 

This book features three hilarious Astrosaurs missions, each of which can be enjoyed as a stand-alone story. 

Firstly, the Astrosaurs attempt to stop the Raptors from sabotaging the Great Dinosaur Games. In the second tale, they must safeguard the last Plateosaurus eggs in a bid to save the species from extinction. Finally, our heroes plunge into a perilous underwater expedition on planet Aqua Minor. 

Sure to appeal to fans of Dog Man and Kitty Quest, these high-energy, chaotic tales are accompanied by vibrant comic-style artwork. 

I first introduced the Astrosaurs in a series of 22 chapter books, the first 4 coming out in 2005. Now I’ve teamed up with my son Tobey and amazing astro-illustrator Alex Lopez to bring my creations to a brand new audience in a full-colour graphic novel format.
