World Book Day 2027, here we come!
I’m super-excited to reveal (after many months of keeping it all to myself) that I am an official World Book Day 2027 author!
Turbo Time Twist – a brand-new Astrosaurs graphic novel written by me and illustrated by the amazing Alex Lopez – is among the fantastic range of special books to celebrate World Book Day on 4th March 2027. All of them are £1/€1.50 or FREE with a World Book Day token.
I’m especially delighted because I’ve already been a World Book Day author with Astrosaurs – back in 2007 when Teeth of the T. Rex was a £1/€1.50 book. To come back 20 years later feels very special. And the timing is extra-special for me, since my first published children’s books were published in 1997 – the same month as the very first World Book Day!
The World Book Day charity does incredible work to get children reading in a super-fun way. Find out more on www.worldbookday.com
